Filler (OM & L – Loading) - LPG Operation & Distribution

Shall organize and operate loading facilities and load petroleum products into Road Tankers as programmed, in order to ensure compliance with quality and quantity control safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Load the Road Tankers with petroleum products at loading gantries as per instructions from the Loading Supervisor / Loading Senior Operator or Loading Operator with strict adherence to safe operating procedures.

Carry-out quality control tests (water, density & temperature) after completion of Jet A-1 tanker loading as guided by standard operating procedures and reports the same to the Supervisor.

Ensure that the Road Tanker’s engine is switched-off, the pneumatic brake system engaged and the wheel(s) secured with wheel chocks to avoid truck movement before commencing loading operation.

Maintain the loading area clean and safe including sweeping dirt and sand, cleaning spills if any, cleaning various external surfaces on loading arms, valves and report abnormalities observed or found, if any.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Secondary (12 Years) education or equivalent.

Physically fit for manual handling and normal eyesight

Minimum Experience:

Minimum five (5) years of experience in distribution LPG cylinder or petroleum products.
