Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned and creative Senior Editor to lead the post-production of our series projects. The ideal candidate will shape and polish the narrative, maintain storytelling consistency, and supervise a team of junior editors throughout the editing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead editing of long-format web series and episodic content
• Polish narrative flow and structure for emotional and storytelling impact
• Supervise junior editors and provide creative feedback
• Review assembly and fine cuts to ensure quality and continuity
• Coordinate with DI (color) and sound teams to align post-production delivery
• Ensure timely delivery of edited content as per production schedule

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in film/web editing
• Proficiency in Avid, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
• Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and visual continuity
• Exceptional attention to detail and cinematic sensibility
• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills
