Responsible for the final validation of all maintenance and repair work performed within the service center. Before a vehicle is
delivered back to the customer, he will ensure it meets manufacturer safety standards, the requested "Concern-Cause-Correction" has been addressed, and the vehicle is in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Road Testing: Conduct comprehensive test drives to verify that mechanical issues (noises, vibrations, braking performance)
have been resolved.
Diagnostic Verification: Perform final electronic scans using
OBD-II tools to ensure all "Check Engine" lights and fault codes are cleared, and systems are reset.
Work Order Audit: Cross-check the technician’s repair story against the physical work performed to ensure all parts billed were actually installed.
Quality & Safety Checks: Inspect fluid levels, tire pressures, and torque on critical bolts (especially after suspension or brake
work).
Feedback Loop: Provide technical feedback to the workshop floor to reduce "comebacks" and improve overall technician skill
levels.
Education: High industrial institute
Experience: 5+ years
Technical Skills: Diagnostic software-OBD, Expert-level understanding of vehicle systems:
ICE, EV/Hybrid powertrains, ADAS, and chassis.
License: Must possess a valid, clean driver’s license for road-testing customer vehicles.
Attention to Detail: An "eagle eye" for small details that others might miss, from a faint rattle to a slightly misaligned trim piece.
