Final Expense Closer

We are looking for a highly experienced Final Expense Closer to join our call center team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in selling Final Expense insurance in the US market, a proven closing record, and the ability to train and guide new agents.

Responsibilities:

• Close Final Expense insurance sales over the phone
• Train and mentor new sales agents
• Assist in improving the overall sales performance of the team
• Follow compliance and sales procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience closing Final Expense policies
• Excellent English communication and objection handling skills
• Strong closing ability with a consistent sales record
• Leadership ability to train and support new agents
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
