Job Title: Sales Trainer / Sales Manager (Call Center)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer / Sales Manager to lead, train, and develop our call center sales team for international campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, improving sales strategies, and developing agents’ communication and accent skills to meet global client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor sales representatives on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
• Conduct accent development sessions to improve agents’ pronunciation, clarity, and confidence for international clients.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor calls, analyze performance, and provide coaching and constructive feedback.
• Develop training materials, call scripts, and performance improvement plans.
• Maintain high standards of call quality, communication, and productivity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in call center sales, sales training, or sales team management.
• Strong expertise in sales coaching and team leadership.
• Excellent command of English communication and accent development.
• Experience working with US or Canadian campaigns.
• Strong ability to motivate, train, and manage sales teams.

Preferred Candidates:

• Canadian Return or American Return candidates will be highly preferred.
• Previous experience in international call center environments.

Salary:
PKR 100,000 – 300,000 (Based on experience and expertise)
