We are seeking fresh and experienced Final Expense Closers to join our high-performing sales team (on-site). The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing warm or live leads, guiding clients through final expense insurance options, and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close final expense insurance sales over the phone
• Handle qualified leads professionally and confidently
• Educate clients on policy benefits and coverage options
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly closing targets
• Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Final Expense Closer
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone)
• Target-oriented with a strong closing mindset
