Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time Insurance Operations Executive with prior experience working for a U.S.-based insurance agency. This role is designed for candidates who have hands-on exposure to U.S. insurance servicing workflows and are comfortable working independently during U.S. business hours.

This position is not suitable for candidates without U.S. insurance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle backend insurance servicing tasks for a U.S.-based agency
• Manage client and policy-related email communication
• Support policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and documentation handling
• Update and maintain client records within CRM and internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of insurance requests
• Follow established SOPs and maintain high accuracy in all tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• Applications will only be considered if the candidate meets the following criteria:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with U.S.-based insurance agencies
• Prior experience in insurance servicing, insurance operations, or back-office insurance roles
• Strong understanding of U.S. insurance workflows and terminology
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience working in EST-aligned shifts
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Tools & Systems

• CRM systems used by insurance agencies
• Outlook or similar email platforms
• Microsoft Word and document management tools
• Adobe for document handling
• SharePoint or similar file storage systems

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday

U.S. Eastern Time (EST), 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Training & Ramp-Up

• Initial onboarding and training will be provided
• Training will be conducted via live virtual sessions
• Expected ramp-up period is approximately one month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
