Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Final Expense Verifier and Closer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the verification and closure of final expense insurance policies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to close sales effectively. As a key player in our sales process, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the final steps of securing coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify Final Expense Insurance Details:
  • Review client information, including coverage plans and personal details, to confirm accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all required documents are completed and submitted in compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Engage with Clients:
  • Communicate with clients to confirm policy details and discuss any outstanding information or questions.
  • Provide clarity and guidance to clients on their final expense insurance options.
  • Sales Closing:
  • Effectively close sales by guiding clients through the final stages of the policy purchase process.
  • Address client concerns or objections and provide solutions to facilitate the closing of sales.
  • Document Management:
  • Maintain and update client records with accurate details of verification and sales activities.
  • Ensure all information is properly logged and tracked in the company's CRM system.
  • Customer Support:
  • Provide ongoing customer support to clients during the verification and finalization process.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or final expense sector.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex information simply and clearly.
  • Experience with CRM systems and maintaining client databases.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Positive, results-driven attitude with a focus on closing sales.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in final expense insurance.
  • Knowledge of insurance verification processes and best practices.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
