Title: The Sales Executive
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging clients, conducting site assessments, and preparing customized service proposals/quotations that meet customer needs, then negotiating and closing sales for pest control services; the role also manages client relationships across government and private sectors (commercial, industrial, and premium residential) to drive growth and ensure smooth delivery, and reports directly to the Opeartion Manager – KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Sales Generation:
- Identify and target potential customers through cold calls, field visits, and networking.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and contracts.
2- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle negotiations and close sales effectively.
3- Market Awareness & Reporting:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the Key Account Manager.
4- Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, or marketing activities when required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, Science, Environment, or Agriculture (or related).
- Minimum 2–3 years in sales within pest control/public health.
- Demonstrated track record and sector relationships across: Facilities Management, hospitality & restaurants, warehouses & logistics, healthcare, universities, industrial cities, and compounds/palaces.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
