Join our Raymond Team as the Final Inspection Supervisor!
The Role:
We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Final Inspection Supervisor who brings passion and expertise to the table. In this role, you'll lead a team of inspectors and technicians while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. We value innovative and creative ideas. What You'll Be Doing:
- Supervise final inspection staff and processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Proactively identify opportunities for errors and/or defects, building and implementing an action plan with department leadership to address concerns.
- Identify inefficiencies or recurring defects and collaborate with responsible department leadership to improve processes.
- Day to day management of the Complete Vehicle Inspection (CVI) team.
- You'll be the go-to person for all defect data collected from CVI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in weekly warranty and disruption meetings and investigate claims.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years work experience in a Quality centered role.
- 2+ years of management experience highly preferred.
What Sets You Apart:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or relevant field.
- ISO 9001 experience.
- Toyota Production System and/or lean management experience.
- Experience with Power Bi.

- This is an in-person role located at our Muscatine, IA office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $80,000 - $82,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.

Requirements:
- An Associate's Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in a supervisory/management role is preferred.
- Two or more years of employee work experience in the specified discipline is required.
