Finance - Account Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage all financial transactions and financial reporting for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and oversee all daily accounting transactions.

● Maintain and update all general ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.

● Prepare and deliver financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements,in a timely manner.

● Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

● Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely bank reconciliations.

● Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with all financial policies and regulations.

● Liaise with external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient auditing process.

● Reinforce strict financial data confidentiality across all financial operations.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in an accounting role.

● Experience working for an international company is a plus.

● Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

● Hands-on experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks Desktop and NetSuite.

● Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.

● Experience with general ledger functions.

● Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

● Effective communication skills in English.

Timings: 2pm to 11pm full time, onsite job.

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
