Finance & Accounting Lead - Ödero works cross-functionally to help businesses start using Token products as and quickly as possible.

We are looking for Operations Specialist/ Senior Operations Specialist from a banking or e-commerce background to join our Operations and Customer Support Team.

✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Ensure budget management and perform budget vs. actual comparisons on a business unit basis; analyze and report budget variances.
• Prepare and report financial statements in accordance with VUK (Turkish Tax Procedure Law) and IFRS standards.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and collection processes.
• Complete necessary journal entries and conduct trial balance controls during month-end closing procedures.
• Enter and track supplier invoices.
• Enter and monitor employee expense reports.
• Prepare income and cost analyses, evaluate data, and present to senior management.
• Conduct budgeting processes in line with budget calendars.
• Prepare, report, and analyze management reports (Budget, P&L).
• Manage Payment Institution and Electronic Money operations, ensuring legal reserves and obligations are fulfilled.
• Prepare, file, and track tax declarations (VAT, Withholding Tax, Stamp Duty, Corporate Tax).
• Coordinate audit processes, prepare audit and annual reports.
• Perform daily reconciliations with merchants and banks.
• Manage financial relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead customer pricing processes, conduct product-based pricing and profitability analysis.

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in General Accounting and Finance.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Advanced knowledge of Logo Tiger ERP and MS Office applications.
• Strong positive thinking skills, a good team player, and willingness to learn new things.
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.
• Open to new ideas and follows industry developments.
