Finance Manager

Job Responsibility

- Collaborate closely with Group Finance, R&D, Project Management, and local business teams to address needs in accounting, reporting, fund and account management, process optimization, and operational analysis, providing robust financial support for the Group’s local project initiatives.

- Partner with Group Finance to oversee comprehensive financial operations and management of KuCoin TR, designing accounting frameworks for cryptocurrencies and digital assets to ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP standards.

- Support Group Finance in local budget preparation, operational analysis, and process control to ensure effective implementation of the Group’s financial oversight model.

- Liaise with external audit teams to facilitate the annual audit of the Compliance Hub in coordination with Group Finance.

- Engage with external tax advisors to support Group Finance in completing tax filings and other tax-related tasks.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Law; CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is preferred.

- around 5 years of experience in finance or internet industries, with priority given to candidates with Web3 exchange experience.

- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

- Proficient in ERP systems.

- Fluent in English.
