Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead and manage our financial operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within marketing agencies, software houses, or similar service-based industries. This role demands a strategic thinker who can optimize cost structures, streamline financial processes, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, assessing direct, indirect, and operational costs to optimize profitability
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts, to the leadership team
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Manage client invoicing with precision and ensure timely collections
• Supervise salary disbursement and maintain payroll records
• Generate financial reports and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
• Work with time-tracking tools to assess resource utilization in service-based projects
• Collaborate with leadership to improve financial efficiency and profitability
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cost-control measures
• Ensure timely coordination with agency firm for financial statements, P&Ls, and tax returns
• Collaborate with head of operations to ensure accurate financial tracking of ongoing projects
• Handle any other finance-related tasks assigned by the co-founders or senior management

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a marketing agency, software house, or service-based business
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and cost management
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and invoicing
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
