The Finance / Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role plays a key part in supporting the finance department’s goals and ensuring the company’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and vendor reconciliation.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.) and compliance with local financial regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the finance manager or senior accountant.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounts role (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
