Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate financial records using Accounting software

* Prepare monthly sales records

* Ensure timely tax filings (GSTR1 & GSTR3B)

* Manage bank reconciliations & GST reconciliations

* Make follow-ups for due pending payments.

• Accounting Software Proficiency: Skilled in accounting software, for transaction processing, financial reporting, and automation.
• GST Compliance: Strong knowledge of GST laws, tax calculations, return filing, and audit preparation.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills in data analysis, financial modeling, data visualization, budgeting, and automation using functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
• Knowledge of Zoho Books is a strong plus.
