Finance & Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Ensure monthly and quarterly reporting of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial policies.
• Audit: Handle Internal audit and Statutory Audit.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance and accounting teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to assess financial
• Due Diligence and IPO experience: will be an added advantage
• Cash Flow & Capital Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize capital structure
• Report: AR, AP, Banking & Investments, GL ,and FA.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: CA
• Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a big4 or listed company.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP), advanced Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: CFO
• Direct Reports: Finance Managers, Accountants, Internal Auditors

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in corporate finance and investor relations.
• Familiarity with accounting standards (IndAS).
• Proven track record of driving financial efficiency and cost optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
