Finance & Accounts Head

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Finance to manage end-to-end financial operations of our advertising agency, ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and cash flow management while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting
• Oversee client billing, retainers, receivables, and media/vendor payments
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory requirements
• Monitor cash flow and improve working capital efficiency
• Coordinate audits, banks, and external consultants
• Lead and manage the finance/accounts team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CA/CMA/ACCA preferred)
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience (advertising/media/services preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and Excel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
