Finance & Accounts Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing end-to-end accounting, taxation, and audit processes
• Preparing and monitoring budgets, MIS reports, and project cost statements
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, etc.)
• Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions
• Managing cash flow, vendor payments, and internal financial controls
• Leading and mentoring the accounts team at head office and sites

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in the construction or contracting industry will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and team leadership

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
