Key Responsibilities: * Payroll & Disbursement: Manage and process monthly salaries and stipends for all employees and interns strictly within the 1st to 7th window of every month.

• Fund Management: Handle the 10% monthly gratuity fund deductions for permanent staff and manage records for refunds based on the one-year service policy.
• Final Settlements: Execute the "Full Clearance" process for departing staff, ensuring all service dues are settled 30 days after the regular salary date, contingent upon a successful data handover.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly budget reports, expense tracking, and procurement audits directly to the CEO.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company bylaws regarding financial penalties, notice period buyouts, and contract breaches.
• Confidentiality: Maintain absolute secrecy regarding payroll and financial data; discuss financial queries only with the relevant department heads or the CEO.

Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting (ACCA, CA Inter, or MBA Finance preferred).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Ethics: High level of professional integrity and zero tolerance for office gossip or breach of confidentiality.
• Chain of Command: Ability to work within a strict hierarchy and maintain professional boundaries.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to audit records to prevent negligence, fraud, or financial mismanagement.
