Finance/ Accounts Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage accounting and financial operations for multiple businesses operating in the United States and Pakistan. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, payroll processing, and financial planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping for multiple companies (approximately 10–12 businesses) operating in the US and Pakistan using QuickBooks Online
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
  • Reconcile financial transactions and inventory for Pharmacy and DME companies in the US
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payments for employees
  • Handle online payments for payroll and company expenses in Pakistan
  • Create invoices for vendors and clients
  • Pay bills and manage expenses for Pharmacy and DME companies in the US
  • File and pay sales tax online for businesses operating in the US
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan tax laws and FBR regulations, including timely tax filings and audits
  • Prepare monthly budgets and forecast sales
  • Maintain internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies

Software & Systems:

  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • ZOHO CRM
  • Brightree (for DME operations)
  • Micro Merchant Systems (for Pharmacy operations)
  • Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and financial analysis)

Requirements and Skills:

  • Expert-level experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas and financial analysis
  • Strong experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience managing bookkeeping for multiple companies
  • Experience processing payroll and vendor payments
  • Understanding of US sales tax and accounting practices
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan tax regulations and FBR compliance
  • Experience working with US-based companies
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and highly punctual

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with a Medical Billing Company is highly preferred
  • Experience handling Pharmacy or DME company accounting will be considered a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with US healthcare billing workflows and financial processes is a plus

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • ACCA qualification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience (10+ years preferred) in accounting or financial management
  • Experience handling US companies and international accounting is highly preferred
