Finance & Accounts Manager - CA

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to handle complete financial operations, statutory compliance, and business performance analysis for our logistics & trade services business.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, GL & bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly/annual financial statements (Ind AS/GAAP)
• Budgeting, forecasting & cost/profitability analysis
• Ensure GST, TDS, IT & statutory compliance
• Monitor cash flow, working capital & banking operations
• Lead & mentor finance teams across locations
• Prepare MIS reports & support management decisions
• Handle statutory/internal/tax audits

Skills & Requirements

• Qualification: CA Inter / CA
• Experience: 4–5 years in Finance & Accounts
• Industry exposure: Logistics / CHA / Transport / CFS preferred
• Proficiency in Tally / SAP / Oracle, Advanced Excel & MIS
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & finance laws
• Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Experience:

• CA Finance: 3 years (Preferred)
