Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting management with timely financial reports.

• Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and process invoices, expense vouchers, and payment records.
• Monitor company cash flow and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely disbursements.
• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with taxation regulations, including sales tax, withholding tax, and income tax filings.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in accounting/finance roles (preferably in the IT or services sector).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP, or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
