Job description:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Officer to handle day-to-day financial operations, manage bookkeeping, and support admin tasks across multiple companies. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Xero/QuickBooks and have strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and reconciliations on Xero/QuickBooks.

Prepare monthly management accounts and debtor reports.

Manage client payments, direct debits (GoCardless), and enforce a zero-debtors policy.

Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submissions.

Support other finance/admin tasks as needed.

Requirements:

2+ years of finance/admin experience.

Proficient in Xero or QuickBooks.

Strong English communication skills.

Highly organised with attention to detail.
