Position

As a Finance Administrator you play a pivotal role in ensuring precise, punctual and highly efficient financial administration.


Key responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Process purchase invoices.
  • Prepare weekly payment runs.
  • Prepare journal entries for bank transactions.
  • Maintain accounts payable subledger.
  • Maintain supplier master data.
  • Maintain implementation of authorization matrix
  • Monitor compliance with authorization matrix
  • Optimize use of purchase to pay (P2P) tools.
  • Prepare balance sheet specifications for assigned accounts.
  • Participate in assigned financial improvement projects and other initiatives.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by manager or supervisor


Your qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with minimum 3 years in experience.
  • Able to attend to details, be organized, be meticulous with data entry skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, accounting software, Twinfield experience will be a plus.
  • Good administrative and coordination skills
  • Disciplined with time management abilities, accountable to deadlines.
  • Must be a team player, with strong integrity.
  • Preferably of Saudi nationality.
