Summary:
Supports Voyager Senior Finance manager with analytical support. Resource cost tracking and variance analysis. Assist with ad hoc requests and administrative assistance.
Responsibilities:
Periodically update Voyager Financial Tracker with changes
Fill monthly PO GR tracker to PMO upon that they can do GRs
Preparing Back-up files for monthly recharge and accrual request to GDBS Finance Team
Check GPR Pre-close report (1-2-3) before GL close and make sure everything is in P&L what we had forecasted.
Update Financial tracker with actuals and say drivers of variance compared to the LE
Prepare Planview Allocation file and send to GDBS Finance Team
Update FT with Planview recharges and analyze variance
Rework IBM, EY, Syniti, SNP Forecast file and implement to FT + analyze variance
Checking bi-weekly basis the Resource Tracker file and reconcile FT with it
Reconcile Planview allocations vs Payroll files and prepare correct recharge request to eliminate unallocated balance and be compliant with PWC requirement
Prepare FT before BPMs
Ad-hoc admin requests
Qualifications:
University/College degree in business / finance / accounting
2+ years of experience in finance and project environment
No financial accounting expertise is required, however understanding of the impact/correspondenceof investments on the P&L, Cash Flow is must
Strong financial analysis skills and attention to details
Strong use of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint
Experience ow working with Planview
