Finance Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst for a fast-growing business solutions company based in Ajman, UAE, providing comprehensive financial, operational, and strategic support services to clients across various sectors in the GCC.

Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent Excel skills, and solid knowledge of financial modeling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

  • Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted results.

  • Develop financial models to support business decisions and investments.

  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to improve profitability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure financial accuracy.

  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • 0–3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
