Finance Analyst

Job Title: Finance Analyst

Qualification & Experience

• ACCA/CA (Inter) qualified or partly qualified
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance analysis, reporting, or related roles

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare management reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports
• Support FP&A activities including financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Monitor costs, revenues, and profitability trends
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and disclosures
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making

Controls & Compliance

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Ability to interpret financial statements and KPIs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems
• Exposure to FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting
• Experience working with international clients is an advantage

Reporting Line

• Reports to Finance Manager / Head of Finance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
