FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst

Job Title: FP&A Analyst

Qualification & Experience

• CA / ACCA qualified
• Minimum 3 years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Perform variance analysis between actual results, budgets, and forecasts
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• Prepare management dashboards and performance reports
• Analyze revenue, cost, and profitability trends
• Support strategic planning and business case analysis
• Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts

Reporting & Controls

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data
• Support senior management with insights and recommendations
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support internal and external audits when required

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Advanced MS Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems
• Exposure to IFRS and management reporting
• Experience working with international clients is an advantage

Reporting Line

• Reports to Head of Finance / Finance Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
