Junior Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to support day-to-day analytical, documentation, and business support activities across multiple initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with structured information in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation, updating, and maintenance of business and analytical materials
• Assist with organizing, validating, and updating data used for internal and external purposes
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across documents and datasets
• Perform basic analysis and support ad-hoc requests from senior stakeholders
• Follow established templates, processes, and instructions with high precision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides skills
• Excellent attention to detail — you notice the one thing others miss
• Comfort with intermediate Excel formulas
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and deliver clean outputs

Nice-to-Have

• Master’s Degree in related field
• Prior exposure to Investor decks and Consulting / finance / startup environments.
• Compensation: Competitive based on experience and will be paid in USD
