Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis reports for management.
• Analyze actual performance versus budget and forecast, identifying variances and key drivers.
• Monitor revenue, costs, margins, and operational KPIs.
• Support management reporting packs and dashboards.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support business planning.
• Coordinate with department heads to validate assumptions and inputs.

Financial Modeling & Business Support

• Develop and maintain financial models for business cases, investments, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Evaluate project feasibility, ROI, IRR, and payback periods.
• Support pricing analysis and profitability reviews.

Compliance & Controls

• Ensure reports comply with IFRS and internal financial policies.
• Support audit requirements by providing financial data and explanations.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data from ERP systems.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
• Automate and streamline recurring financial analysis tasks where possible.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CFA (Level I or II) are highly preferred

Experience

• 4–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
• UAE or GCC experience is a mandatory
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Exposure to audits and IFRS reporting

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Attributes (UAE Context)

• Understanding of UAE business environment and regulatory expectations
• Experience working in multi-entity or group structures
• Ability to work with multicultural teams
