Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the organization’s financial records and reporting processes, including preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and ensuring accuracy in accounting systems. The role involves analyzing financial data, supporting budget planning, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating audits. Additionally, the position provides financial insights to management and ensures compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly financial reports.
  • Record and analyze financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in general ledger accounts.
  • Review accounting reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage budgets, invoices, payroll entries, and expense tracking.
  • Analyze financial trends and support budget planning and cost control.
  • Maintain financial systems, databases, and filing processes.
  • Supervise financial data entry and reporting within accounting systems.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Develop budgets and provide financial insights to support management decisions.
  • Prepare periodic financial and variance reports for senior management.
  • Communicate accounting policies and provide guidance to staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Commerce.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and accounting software.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
