Finance Analyst - Partner Tax

As an Analyst you will manage Partner compensation delivery in complex countries based on McKinsey’s guidelines, work directly with Partner Tax Directors in Europe, handle monthly accounting for Partner compensation, oversee complex bonus calculations, and ensure compliance with Tax and Legal guidelines for terminating Partners.

Additionally, you will be part of the TaxPack process to ensure accurate income reporting to Partners and their tax professionals, and work on improving Partner communication processes, technology, and systems.

Your work will help ensure accurate and compliant compensation and accounting processes for Partners, supporting the firm's strategic decisions and policy directions.

You will be based in our Gurgaon office as part of the Partner Award Accounting Team (PAAT). This team supports firm leadership in key strategic decisions, mobility, and policy direction through analysis and modeling, closely interacting with Partner Tax, Partner Compensation, firm Legal, firm Finance controllership, and Corporate Tax.
