About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Finance Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our finance team. This role combines financial reporting, data analysis, and account reconciliation, supporting both routine and ad hoc finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, reporting, or consulting, and be proficient in using modern productivity and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support periodic financial reports , including timesheets, expense tracking, and budget summaries.
• Conduct account reconciliations , particularly for low-ticket items such as University courses, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
• Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate financial entries, and improve reporting processes.
• Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions to maintain financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, reporting, or consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and reconciliation processes.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Skills & Tools

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Perplexity for research and productivity.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
