Hiring: Remote Financial Analyst / Senior Accountant (Restaurant & Multi-Business Profit Strategist)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and profit-driven Financial Analyst / Senior Accountant based in Pakistan who can remotely manage and optimize financial performance for our U.S.-based businesses.

This is not just an accounting role — this is a profit optimization and business strategy role.

Your main goal:
Turn data into decisions that increase profitability across all businesses

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform menu engineering analysis
• Food cost %
• Contribution margins
• Recommend ideal menu pricing for maximum profit
• Analyze:
• Food waste
• Inventory losses
• Labor vs sales ratio
• Work with Toast POS reports to identify issues
• Build a weekly profit improvement report

Gas Station & Retail Analysis

• Monitor daily sales, margins, and expenses
• Suggest pricing and product optimization strategies

Rental Property Financial Management

• Track rent roll, expenses, and maintenance costs
• Analyze ROI and cash flow
• Recommend improvements to increase net income

Financial Systems & Reporting

• Prepare:
• Weekly P&L summaries
• Monthly financial reports
• Forecasting & budgeting
• Build Excel dashboards for real-time tracking
• Create systems for:
• Expense control
• Inventory tracking
• Profit monitoring

Strategic Advisory

• Act as a remote financial advisor to the owner
• Provide clear insights:
• Where money is being lost
• How to increase profit immediately
• Recommend pricing, promotions, and operational improvements

Requirements

• Strong experience in:
• Restaurant accounting / food costing / menu pricing
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (must)
• Experience with POS systems (Toast preferred)
• Strong understanding of:
• Cost control
• Profit margins
• Business analysis
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Preferred

• Experience working with U.S.-based businesses
• Knowledge of gas station or retail financials
• Experience in real estate / rental accounting
• ACCA / CA / CPA (preferred)
