
Finance and Accounting Instructor / Trainer

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in Finance, Accounting, and Business courses in English, in alignment with ABS academic standards.
- Prepare, update, and deliver course materials, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Design and facilitate interactive lectures, case studies, and practical exercises that connect theory to real-world business practices.
- Assess learners' performance through exams, assignments, projects, and class participation, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and course completion using the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure course content aligns with program objectives, quality assurance requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with academic and quality teams to continuously enhance curriculum quality and instructional effectiveness.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic reviews, and professional development activities as required.
- Provide academic support and guidance to learners during and outside class hours.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of finance and business training programs and executive education offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a strong advantage).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Proven experience teaching Finance, Accounting, or Business courses in English in an academic, corporate, or professional training environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, and business fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging, learner-centered training sessions.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office, and digital teaching tools.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required.
- Prior experience in executive education, corporate training, or international academic environments is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and professional academic environment.
