S3 Arabia (S3A) is seeking a highly qualified professional with experience as a manger in finance and accounting to support a very large subcontract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
S3 Arabia is a commercially registered (CR) subsidiary fo S3 International that provides a variety of aviation training, maintenance and logistic services to the Saudi Arabia's Ministry of National Guard Aviation Directorate in Riyadh, KSA. As a subcontractor on the Aviation Training Support Services (ATSS) contract, S3A employs a work force of more than 250 US and Saudi subject matters experts performing
The S3A Finance & Accounting (F&A) Manager is a key leader reporting directly to the S3A Senior Administrative Officer (SAO) and Executive Leadership and is charged with coordination of day-to-day administrative functions of S3 International's Commerical Registration (CR) in Saudi Arbia. The F&A Manager must have an educational background and sufficient experience in Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, and government auditing to stand up and grow S3A's host nation processes while leveraging shared service support from the parent company in Hunstville, AL. Performs as a resourceful problem solver, possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to work with multiple Prime contractor staff principals as well as with functional leads for shared services in S3's corportate headquarters. The F&A Manager is also familiar with supporting quality control in achieving and maintaining compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems. The F&A Manager has budgetary compliance experience in terms of managing invoicing and payroll with strong analytical, managerial, communication and forecasting skills. Also has the responsiblity for providing date to Hunstville based Program Contral Analyst (PCA)
Qualifications:
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
