Finance Coordinator

• To manage and coordinate all finance and accounting activities at the factory level, ensuring timely reporting, compliance, and effective control of costs and expenses. The role serves as the link between factory operations and the head office finance team.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Management & Reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records of all factory transactions (purchases, expenses, petty cash, etc.).
• Prepare and submit monthly factory accounts, cost reports, and variance analysis to head office.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting of factory operational expenses.
• Monitor factory overheads, material consumption, and wastage to ensure cost efficiency.
• Reconcile supplier/vendor accounts and ensure timely settlement of payments.
• Cost & Inventory Control
• *Coordinate with store and production teams to verify raw material issuance, consumption, and closing stock.*
• *Conduct monthly stock counts and ensure reconciliation with book records.*
• Monitor utility expenses (electricity, gas, water) and analyze trends for cost control.
• Track maintenance and repair costs, ensuring allocation to the correct cost centers.
• Payroll & Compliance
• Compile attendance, overtime, and shift data for payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with statutory payments (EOBI, Social Security, Tax Withholding, etc.).
• Support in internal and external audits, providing all required financial and compliance records.
• Coordination & Communication
• Act as the focal person between factory management and head office finance department.
• Support plant management with financial insights for decision-making.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
