Job Title: Sr. Manager Finance – Manufacturing Sector

Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi, Pakistan

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Manage costing and cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
• Supervise taxation processes, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Direct accounting operations, including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Handle treasury operations, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and funding strategies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business improvement.
• Ensure internal controls and processes are in place for risk mitigation.
• Lead, train, and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental objectives effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: CMA Qualified / ACCA Finalist or Qualified
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

• Treasury Operations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
