Assistant Manager Accounts and Finance

We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance to join our finance team at our Maymar office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate finance and accounting, with solid knowledge of bank reconciliations, financial reporting, compliance, and related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Must have experience in textile sector
• Strong command of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
