HIRING: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring a CFO/Company Secretary for a leading financial firm based in Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time (Onsite)

Salary: Market competitive along with performance based bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic financial leadership to support business

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes

- Manage financial risks, capital allocation and investment strategies

- Collaborate with the executive team on business strategy and expansion plans

- Fulfill requirements of Company Secretary, ensuring compliance with SECP, Companies Act and other relevant regulatory requirements.

- Manage board meetings, prepare agendas and maintain statutory registers

- Draft, review and maintain corporate governance documents and legal filings

Requirements:

- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified

- 10+ years of relevant experience in a financial firm

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, investment, and risk management

- Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills
