Senior Accountant -ERP Manufacturing

Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager (ERP – Manufacturing)

Location: Remote or hybrid, both options are available

Timing: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the finance module in Acumatica ERP.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and conduct month-end close procedures.

Oversee Accounts Receivable: customer communication, outstanding invoices, credit memos, and refunds.

Record payroll journal entries based on Gusto payroll reports.

Oversee Accounts Payable: invoice payments and ACH transactions via Ramp.

Perform weekly bank reconciliations.

Collaborate with the CEO on budgeting, forecasting, and manufacturing cost tracking.

Assist with annual audit and tax compliance.

Perform general bookkeeping and accounting duties as needed.

Lead financial data clean-up in Acumatica (first 1–3 months).

Requirements:

3+ years of accounting experience, ideally with manufacturing/COGS exposure.

Strong knowledge of general accounting and cost accounting principles.

Proficiency in Excel (must-have).

Experience with ERP systems (bonus for Acumatica).

Familiarity with Ramp, Shopify, Gusto is a plus.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and self-motivated.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
