Finance and Accounts Executive

Will be responsible for

• Manage accounts, including invoices, payments, purchase orders, vendor bills, and petty cash transactions.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cost sheets, and profitability reports for trading and warehouse operations.
• Maintain vendor, contractor, and client billing records; reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate MIS reports and Excel dashboards (sales, purchases, warehouse stock, expenses, etc.) for management review.
• Support project and sales teams with cost tracking, compliance with accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Assist in financial audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to verify bills, stock movements, and purchase orders.
• Perform other related finance and accounting tasks as required to support business operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
