Will be responsible for
- Manage accounts, including invoices, payments, purchase orders, vendor bills, and petty cash transactions.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cost sheets, and profitability reports for trading and warehouse operations.
- Maintain vendor, contractor, and client billing records; reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate MIS reports and Excel dashboards (sales, purchases, warehouse stock, expenses, etc.) for management review.
- Support project and sales teams with cost tracking, compliance with accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Assist in financial audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams to verify bills, stock movements, and purchase orders.
- Perform other related finance and accounting tasks as required to support business operations.
