Finance and Accounts Executive

We 14th Street Pizza are the nationally acclaimed pizza brand, starting as a local delivery spot in Karachi and rapidly expanding to Punjab . Pioneers of the 20-Inch hand-tossed pizza in Pakistan and creators of the 'One Slice is a Meal' concept, our success is driven by delivering the largest, yummiest pizza with fresh ingredients. Now, in our pursuit of growth, we urgently need a Finance and Accounts Executive to join our dynamic Finance department.

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of withholding tax and SRB required for an accountant.
• Basic knowledge of accounting (IFRS and IAS).
• Critical thinking abilities.
• Analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and maintain precise financial records.
• Process cheque payments in compliance with budgetary guidelines and tax withholding laws.
• Track and reconcile payments from website orders, managing cash collections intricacies.
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate franchisee and company bank accounts with ordering software.
• Assist in the monthly preparation and closing of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
• Conduct regular audits of cash and stock levels at the Warehouse, commissary, and outlets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• 4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the food industry.
• Urgent joining required.
• Team player.
