We are Hiring for Finance and Accounts Manager for freight forwarding Industry

Location – Bengaluru

Salary – 15 Lakhs PA

Accounting Operations

* Supervise day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, payroll, general ledger,

etc.).

* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.

* Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.

* Coordinate with branches for accounting processes and financial

reporting.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

* Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with statutory

and regulatory requirements.

* Generate management reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Budgeting & Forecasting

* Develop and monitor financial budgets and forecasts.

* Lead the annual budgeting process.

* Compare actual performance with budget and identify variances.

* Recommend corrective actions to meet financial targets.

Financial Analysis & Decision Support

* Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management for

decision-making.

* Support senior management with financial modelling and feasibility

studies.

Cost Control & Resource Optimization

* Control costs and optimize resource utilization.

* Promote continuous improvement in financial processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
