The Employee shall perform the assigned tasks as follows:

1. Establishing the financial infrastructure of the group:

· Develop the complete financial structure from scratch.

· Design and implement the financial and accounting policies and procedures manual.

· Oversee the implementation of the ERP system and approve a unified chart of accounts across subsidiaries.

2. Strategic financial planning:

· Prepare short, medium-sized, and long-term financial plans.

· Develop, monitor, and control annual budgets.

· Provide financial analysis to support senior management decisions.

3. Accounting and financial reporting:

· Supervise proper recording of daily transactions.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

4. Budgeting and cost control:

· Develop and oversee budget preparation.

· Analyze variances and monitor financial performance indicators.

· Implement effective internal controls.

5. Cash flow and liquidity management:

· Ensure liquidity and manage daily cash operations.

· Plan future funding needs and optimize liquidity distribution across the group.

· Create dynamic models for cash flow forecasting.

6. Financing and banking relationships:

· Establish and manage relationships with banks.

· Secure credit facilities and manage loans.

· Oversee institutional financing arrangements.

7. Financial risk management and compliance:

· Implement a comprehensive risk management framework.

· Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

· Lead internal and external audit cycles.

8. Asset and liability management:

· Oversee fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

· Monitor and manage financial obligations.

· Conduct periodic net asset position evaluations.

9. Payroll and taxation management:

· Supervise payroll operations and statutory reconciliations.

· Ensure accurate calculation and filing of taxes.

· Coordinate with HR to ensure payroll compliance.

10. Leadership and team supervision:

· Build, guide, and develop the finance team.

· Provide training and performance evaluation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
