Finance and Administration Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance & Administrative Assistant to support the CEO with financial administration, banking coordination, and accounting documentation.

This role involves assisting with banking formalities, preparing financial documents, coordinating with the external accounting team, and helping maintain organized financial records for both company and personal matters.

The ideal candidate is organized, patient, trustworthy, and comfortable handling financial documentation and administrative tasks.

The role requires a high level of responsibility, organisation, and the ability to manage tasks independently while keeping the CEO informed.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Support

· Assist with basic accounting tasks and financial record organization

· Prepare and organize documents required for accounting and financial reporting

· Help with bank reconciliation and tracking financial transactions

· Assist in preparing documents for payroll processing

· Maintain accurate filing systems for financial records

Banking & Financial Administration

· Coordinate with banks for account opening, KYC requirements, and compliance documents

· Prepare and submit banking documentation and formalities

· Track and follow up on banking requests and transactions

· Assist with maintaining organized records of bank statements and financial documents

Coordination with Accounting Team

· Liaise with the external accounting team to provide required documents and information

· Ensure financial data and documentation are submitted in a timely manner

· Help coordinate responses to accounting queries

Administrative Support

· Assist the CEO with financial-related administrative tasks

· Maintain organized digital and physical files

· Ensure confidentiality of financial and personal information

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

· Basic accounting knowledge required

· 1–3 years experience in accounting, finance support, or administrative roles is an advantage

· Familiarity with banking procedures and financial documentation is a plus

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
