Position Summary
The Finance & Administrative Operations Manager is responsible for the financial management, compliance, and day-to-day administrative functioning of NPDC. This role serves as the operational backbone of the organization—ensuring that financial systems are accurate, compliance requirements are met, and core administrative functions run smoothly and consistently.
This is a hands-on role within a lean and growing organization. In addition to overseeing accounting, HR compliance, and grant reporting, the position also ensures continuity in office operations and administrative coordination so that nothing falls through the cracks.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning both detailed financial work and essential operational support functions.

$55,000 – $63,000 to start, depending on experience; 100% employer paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Nambé Pueblo Development Corporation (NPDC) is the economic development arm of Nambé Pueblo, working to build long-term financial self-sufficiency for the Pueblo and its community. NPDC operates a travel center, a bulk fuel facility, and a real estate portfolio—generating revenue through leases, taxes, and state and federal funding sources to support tribal programs and priorities.

Nambe Pueblo Development Corporation applies Indian Preference in hiring pursuant to 25 U.S.C. § 5117 and Title VII (42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(i)), with first preference given to enrolled members of the Pueblo of Nambe and additional preference to other qualified Native American applicants.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
