Finance and Billing Administrator (US Time Zone, Full-Time)

Enzo Dialer is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Finance and Billing Administrator to join our team. This is a critical full-time role responsible for managing the entire billing lifecycle for our customers, ensuring accuracy across all financial and CRM systems, and supporting our finance operations.

Core Responsibilities

As our Finance and Billing Administrator, you will be the backbone of our customer invoicing and payment processes:

• Invoicing & Payments: Create and accurately send invoices to all Enzo Dialer customers. Reconcile incoming payments from various sources, including Stripe, ACH, and manual transfers.
• Account Management: Track and actively manage overdue accounts, sending timely reminders and coordinating with the sales team to resolve delinquencies.
• Subscription Management: Handle all customer subscription changes, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
• Data Integrity: Regularly validate setup fees and recurring charges against data in our CRM. Maintain strict accuracy and consistency between Stripe, CRM, and internal financial records.
• Reporting: Prepare essential monthly reports detailing revenue and churn for management review.
• Issue Resolution: Efficiently manage refund requests, chargebacks, and disputes. Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to resolve all billing-related customer issues.
• Finance Support: Support the broader finance team with tasks related to month-end close, revenue recognition, and affiliate payouts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in a billing, finance, or accounting role, preferably with a subscription-based business model.
• Familiarity with billing platforms (e.g., Stripe) and CRM systems is a significant plus.
• Strong proficiency in data management and attention to detail is essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
• Must be available to work within the US time zone.

Salary and Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: $1,000 - $1,200 per month
• Location: Remote (US Time Zone)
