The Finance and Marketing will be responsible for handling voice-based sales and client interactions related to financial products, services, or educational programs. The role involves promoting offerings, explaining financial details to potential customers, managing follow-ups, and assisting with marketing and sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers/students to promote financial or marketing-related products and services.
• Explain product features, pricing, payment plans, and financial benefits clearly and accurately.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or database systems.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Provide basic financial information to customers regarding payment schedules, offers, or EMI options.
• Coordinate with the finance team to verify payment details and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to sales.
